Uniting her 20-year cultural and international experience with the inspiration she gets from nature, Beyza Kasapoğlu, Architect, M.Sc., lead changes by her innovative approaches believing buildings should be in harmony with nature, human- and environment-friendly, and energy-efficient.
Beyza Kasapoğlu, Architect M.Sc., developed the idea of ALAN Mimarlık in 1998 in the halls of her university. She took her first steps in 2005 and started a business partnership named ALAN Mimarlık ve Proje Yönetimi (ALAN Architecture and Project Management) in 2007. She made an important decision in 2020 for a new beginning in step with the process of change the whole world was undergoing, deciding to work with a new management team under the name ALAN by BEYZA KASAPOĞLU with the same enthusiasm she felt when she was a student.
Transferring its construction site experience to project development, ALAN uses the Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in its projects and keeps on doing business with the leading brands of this industry through its new generation project and project management principles.
It shoulders the responsibility of leaving a livable world to the future generations by constructing eco-friendly green buildings through the LEED, BREEAM and WELL green building consulting services it provides.
Permaculture is defined as ‘an ethical design division aiming to create sustainable residential areas’; thus Permaculture Design Department began to work enthusiastically in this new company in order to raise awareness of permaculture and to reshape living spaces by including energy efficiency in people’s daily lives.
